This is an initiative for capacity building and empowerment of the health professionals engaged in management of addictive disorders in the state of Odisha. The initiative makes use of a eclectic approach including on- site and off site training and mentoring of the health professionals engaged in management of addictive disorders in the state of Odisha. The initiative is directed towards strengthening of the capacity of the of the health professionals engaged in management of addictive disorders in the state of Odisha in screening, diagnosis, management and prevention of Addictive Disorders. It includes on-site training of the health professionals as well as on-line interactive case based learning and didactic sessions.
